Late Fees and Interest

If a credit repayment is not made on time, a fixed late fee and late interest will apply to the overdue amount.

  1. Late fees and interest: If your credit repayment is overdue, a fixed late fee will apply and late interest will accrue daily on the overdue amount. You can view the current accrued interest in your Credit view or invoice inbox.

  2. Automatic collection: Late fees and accrued late interest are automatically collected from available funds in your Juni account. Make sure you have sufficient funds available to cover any amounts due.

  3. While your repayment remains overdue: On the 1st of each month, if your credit repayment is still overdue, the late interest accrued so far will be invoiced and we’ll attempt to collect it automatically from your Juni account. Late interest will continue to accrue until the overdue repayment is paid.

  4. Once your repayment is paid: Once you repay the overdue credit repayment, late interest stops accruing. We’ll calculate any remaining late interest, issue a final invoice and attempt to collect the amount automatically from your Juni account.

  5. If we can’t collect your late fees: If there aren’t enough available funds in your Juni account, we’ll notify you of the unsuccessful collection attempt and ask you to add funds so we can automatically collect the outstanding amount. If the late fees remain unpaid, your credit line may be restricted.
