Downloading your statements from Juni is a straightforward process that helps you quickly access the information you need for accounting, reconciliation, or analysis. You can download statements from either the Transactions tab or via Accounts.

How to

There are two ways to download a statement in Juni.

Option 1:
Download from the Transactions tab

  • Log in to your Juni account and navigate to the Money page

  • Click the Transactions tab, and then Exports

  • Click + Add filter to select the specific account and time interval you wish to download a statement for

    • Make sure to exclude any integration accounts

  • Download the statement directly or have it sent to your email address

    • The most common file formats supported are:

      • CSV

      • Excel

      • PDF

    • You can also choose to download in specific formats for different systems, such as:

      • DATEV Booking

      • CSV

      • DATEV Transactions

      • CSV

      • CAMT.053

      • Fortnox CAMT.053 (SEK accounts only)

      • MT940

      • Netsuite

Download from the Accounts tab

  • Log in to your Juni account and navigate to the Money page

  • Click the Accounts tab and select the debit account you want a statement for

  • Select More and then Statements

  • Choose the desired date range and file format (PDF, CSV, XLSX)

This option only applies to debit accounts.
