An engagement letter provides a clear overview of your company’s commitments with Juni and serves as an important document for your annual financial statements, among other things. Requesting the letter directly from Juni saves you time and helps ensure your bookkeeping remains accurate.
How do I request an engagement letter?
Requesting an engagement letter is straightforward. Just follow these steps:
Contact Support
Send an email to support@juni.co. In your email, state that you’d like to request an engagement letter.
Check your permissions
Only users with the Owner, Admin, or Accountant roles can request the engagement letter.
If you’re an accountant requesting on the behalf of a client, you need either a valid power of attorney authorising you to order and receive the document, or direct access to the client’s Juni account.
Please note: The engagement letter will be sent to the email address of the requester.
