Google Ads Integration

Overview of the integration

Integrate your Google Ads accounts with Juni in order to track your spend, see your monthly invoices in one place, and have receipts for all your Google Ads threshold payments.


  • Set up 

    1. In Juni, navigate to your 'Integrations' tab, choose 'Add Integrations' then click on 'Google Ads'.
    2. You will be directed to Google's authentication flow, where you would choose to grant Juni access to the AdWords data of your account.
    3. Back in Juni, you can name the account, to differentiate it from other Google Ads accounts you might want to integrate in the future.
    4. You can choose which ad accounts you want to pull in spend data and monthly invoices for. You can always edit these later in the Google Ads integration menu.
    5. Finally, you have the option to enable receipt auto-generation for Google Ads threshold payment transactions. This allows Juni to generate receipts for your Google Ads spend on Juni cards, serving as proof of payment that can be used for accounting. These will be made added with the rest of your attached invoices and receipts and are explained further here Google Ads Receipt Generation.

     

  • FAQ 

    • Can I integrate more than one Google Account?
      • Yes. You can integrate multiple Google accounts, as well as multiple Google Ads manager accounts and ad sub-accounts.
    • Which metrics can I see in the Media buying widget?
      • You can toggle between cost, conversions, clicks and impressions over any custom timeframe.
    • Where can I access my Google Ads credit invoices?
      • Your credit invoices will be made available in the Google Ads ‘Manage integration’ screen, under the ‘Credit invoices’ tab.
    • When will my credit invoice become available?
      • As soon as you integrate, Juni will pull the last 6 months worth of credit invoices. On an ongoing basis, Google generates the credit invoice usually at the end of the calendar month, and it will show up the same day in your Juni account.
    • Can I schedule Juni to pay the Google Ads credit invoice?
      • This functionality is coming later in the year.

    If you are experiencing issues with the connection, navigate to Google Ads in your Integrations menu, and under the Manage Integration tab, please click on Renew Now.
