This article goes through how to change the phone number on a card so you can use it for the 3DS confirmation.
Juni values security. That is why you need to confirm online transactions with 3DSecure. You can either choose to receive this code by e-mail, or by SMS to your mobile phone. To get the verification code sent to your mobile device, you can follow the following steps:
- Log in to the Juni app
- Click on Money and then Cards
- Choose the right card to you wish to edit
- Click on edit icon next to the phone number
- Enter the new phone number and click on Save
- The new phone number should appear and you are all set up
Can I change the phone number that I receive an SMS on?
🎙 We send you an SMS with a 6 digit code to approve transactions. The phone number can be changed. However, the process will depend on the currency of the card. For USD, SEK and EUR cards, the number can be changed directly on Juni. For GBP cards, you will need to contact support to request a change.
How long does it take for the new phone number to be applied?

How will I know if someone has unauthorised access to their account and they have changed the phone number on my card?
🎙 An email notification is sent to you when you request a phone number change. If you have received such an email but have not changed your phone number, please contact our support team immediately.
