Seamlessly integrate with Shopify

Integrate all your Shopify stors with Juni and get a unified view of your financials with real-time data for better decision making.

Here are the steps to enable the integration:

1. Log in to Juni on app.juni.co

2. Click on “Integrations” in the left-hand menu

3. You will see a list of all your current integrations

4. To add an integration click on “+ Add integration”

5. In the search bar simply type “Shopify”

6. You should now be able to connect by using your Shopify credentials

7. Once connected, you will find Shopify analytics under "Analytics"

Can I integrate more than one Shopify account?

Sure! You can integrate multiple Shopify accounts with Juni.

Which metrics can I see under Analytics?

Juni gives you a central overview of your store or stores activity, including all of these data points (these may differ from the numbers in your Shopify dashboard, as we include only paid orders and tax amounts)

  • Gross sales
    • The total gross sales amount made across your selected time frame and stores
  • Net sales
    • Expenses associated with the gross sales in your selected time frame and stores, such as refunds and tax. Does not include the fixed monthly fee for the stores.
  • Store costs
    • Gross sales minus the store costs in your selected time frame and stores
  • AOV
    • The average order value across your selected time frame and stores
  • Orders
    • Total number of orders made across your selected time frame and stores
  • First time customer sales
    • The total gross sales amount made by customers transacting for the first time in the chosen time frame across your selected stores
  • Returning customer sales
    • The total gross sales amount made by customers that have transacted before, across your selected stores and time frame
  • Returning customer rate
    • The percentage of customers transacting across your selected stores and time frame, that have transactions before.
  • Top products
    • Best selling products by number of units, orders containing them, or sales amount
  • Top countries
    • Countries where customers are located that result in most sales for your products across your selected stores and time frame
  • Payouts
    • Upcoming, past, and unpaid balance present in the Shopify Payment gateway
