Managing your account details
Click Settings on the screen's bottom-left, and you'll see your account details. Here you can update your personal information at any time
Select My Account to edit your information
Updating your email address
Please send an email with the following information to support@juni.co:
Current email address and new work email address
β The email attached to your Juni account should be a work email.
To secure your account, you'll need to verify your identity. The link to do so will be sent by our team.

Once that's complete, we'll update the details accordingly.
Updating your phone number
Click on company's name > Settings > My account > Personal information
There you can update your phone number at any time.

Updating your billing address on Juni
To update your billing address, please send one of the following documents to support@juni.co:
Proof of residency
A utility bill from the last three months
A government document (such as a tax return)
After receiving the documents, we'll confirm the next steps by email.
