How to change your phone number for 3DS
Security is extremely important to us. That's why you need to confirm online transactions with 3DSecure. You will receive this code via SMS to your mobile phone.
You can follow the steps below to get the verification code sent to your mobile device.
Log in to Juni
Click on Money > Cards
Choose the right card to you wish to edit
Click on edit icon next to the phone number
Enter the new phone number and click on Save
The new phone number should appear, meaning you're all set up
How to change the address attached to a Juni Card
The address on your cards is, by default, identical as the one you provided for your Juni account.
If you are having trouble with getting your card approved by certain payment providers and ad platforms, we must ensure the address matches the merchant's billing address.
When you've done so, follow the steps below:
Log in to Juni and go to Money > Cards and select the card you wish to use
Copy the card token on the card viewer bottom, as seen below
Once you have your card token, contact Juni support and provide us with the address you wish to use and the card token that needs to be linked!
You'll receive a confirmation once the address has been successfully linked to your card
This step is done on a card-by-card basis. If you wish to use several Juni cards, each card must be linked individually.

Can I change the phone number that I receive an SMS on?
We send you an SMS with a 6 digit code to approve transactions. The phone number can be changed. However, the process will depend on the currency of the card. For USD, SEK and EUR cards, the number can be changed directly on Juni. For GBP cards, please send us an email to email@example.com to request a change.
How long does it take for the new phone number to be applied?
It takes about 5 seconds.
How will I know if someone has unauthorised access to my account and they have changed the phone number on my card?
An email notification is sent to you when you request a phone number change. If you have received such an email but have not changed your phone number, please contact our support team immediately.
