Overview
It's simple to temporarily freeze or permanently block a Juni card. By freezing a card, you can quickly prevent unauthorised transactions. Close or freeze a Juni card in seconds from your account.
How to freeze a card (temporary)
If you want to temporarily freeze a card to stop all activity, follow these steps:
Log in to your Juni account and go to Money > Cards
Click the card you want to freeze
In the right-hand side panel, click the Freeze button
How to close a card (permanent)
If you want, you can permanently block a Juni card. A blocked card cannot be reactivated.
Follow the steps above to freeze the card
Once the card is frozen, click Settings > Close Card
Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to freeze or close multiple cards at once
You can easily manage multiple cards at once using the list view.
Go to Money > Cards and select List View
Select the cards you want to freeze or block
Then choose Freeze or Close
