How do I use Juni Capital?

Updated yesterday

Overview

With Juni Capital, you get access to flexible credit solutions that help you finance your business operations and improve your cash flow. This guide explains how to use both Juni's credit card and Invoice Credit to get the most out of your finances.

How to use Juni Capital

Juni Capital consists of two different products: credit cards and Invoice Credit. You get an available credit limit for your chosen account, and you can also assign the credit between different currencies. Note that you cannot assign the limit between credit cards and invoices, but you get one limit for cards and one limit for invoices.

How Juni's credit card works

  1. Choose a Juni account: Once your application is approved, you will be assigned a limit for your Juni credit card. This limit must be assigned to a specific currency and account

  2. Navigate to Money and then Credit

  3. Select account and currency: Choose the currency you want to use your credit in and which Juni account you want to link your available limit to. You can change which currencies you want to allocate your limit to at any time

  4. Create a credit card: You'll need to create a new virtual card for your Juni account

How Juni's Invoice Credit works

  • Choose a Juni account: Once your application for Invoice Credit is approved, you will be assigned a limit. This limit must be assigned to a specific currency and an account

  • Navigate to Money and then Credit

  • Select account and currency: Choose the currency you want to use your credit in and the account you want to link your available limit to. You can change which currencies you want to allocate your limit to at any time

  • Upload an invoice: You can upload invoices directly to the Juni platform to get them approved and financed

Good to know

  • Currency Exchange: When you move Juni Capital between different currencies (for example, EUR, GBP, USD, SEK, and NOK), Juni's standard conversion rate is used

  • Fee for Invoice Credit: The fee for Invoice Credit varies between 1% and 3% per month. This fee is calculated based on the invoice amount, the assigned fee, and the number of months for repayment

  • Repayment: For credit cards, you receive a statement at the end of your "spending window" (always 30 days), and this must be paid back within your determined repayment period
