Getting started with Juni is simple. This guide walks you through the steps to sign up with Juni. You’ll then be one step closer to saving time by managing all your finances in one centralised platform.
How to
Step 1: Sign up
You can sign up to Juni in just a few clicks. To begin, go to Juni’s sign up page
Choose your preferred sign-up method:
Option A: Sign up with a Google account. If you have an existing Google account, you can use the Sign up with Google option
Option B: Sign up with your business email. Enter your business email address and choose a strong password.
Please note: You are not able to reset your password or login using your email and password if you have created your account using Google.
Once you’ve created an account you can sign in with the respective method (either via Google or using your email and password).
Step 2: Verify your email
Open your email inbox
Look for an email from Juni with the subject line: Welcome to Juni | Please verify your email
Open the email and click Verify Email Address
Can’t find the email?
Check spam or your junk folder
Still can’t find it? Contact support@juni.co and we’ll assist you
Step 3: Submit your personal details
Once your email is verified, you’ll automatically be redirected back to Juni
Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your personal details
At the end of the form, click Consent > Next
You’ve now completed the initial sign up process and will be redirected to your Juni account dashboard, where you can begin submitting the application.

If you initially created your account with Google, you can only log in with that Google account. For security purposes, it's not possible to log in with an email

We will ask you to provide all the information and documents required for your account, but sometimes we may need to ask for additional information to complete the verification process.
This may happen if:
The documents you've submitted are unclear or incomplete
We need to verify specific details to comply with our regulatory obligations
The bank statement you have provided does not show at least 30 days of incoming and outgoing transactions
Your registered company address differs from your official registration documents
The company ownership structure is complex, and we need more clarity on the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and the source of the business's funds
If we ask you for more information, it is simply to ensure we have a clear and complete picture of your business. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make your account as secure as possible
