When creating a user account, you already selected the incorporation country of your company. You can change the incorporation country by clicking on the country name in the Find your company view.
Note that it might not be possible to switch between EEA countries and the UK. If you need to change your incorporation country in this way, please reach out to our Customer Success team for assistance.
With the correct country selected, you can search for your company name or registration number in the search bar, selecting the applicable option.
If you cannot find your company with the search, tick the My company is not listed here box to provide the details yourself.
We recommend reviewing your company details to ensure they have been added correctly.
