Overview
To ensure you have full control over your finances, Juni sends notifications with a status update.
These notifications are automatic, and you can choose which ones you want to turn on or off in Juni based on your needs.
You can also decide if you want to receive notifications via email, within the web-app, or as push notifications in the mobile app
How to configure automatic notifications
Standard notifications
Log in to your Juni account
Click on your Company Name in the top left corner
Click Settings in the menu
Click Notifications
You will see a list of all of notifications you can automate
Click the Arrow next to the notification you want to toggle on or off
Select whether you want the notification to be sent via Email, via the app, or both
Custom Notifications
To add a custom automatic notification:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click + Add notification
Select the relevant template from the menu. You have two types of notifications to choose from:
Notifications about specific transactions (you can also filter by initiated or rejected)
Notifications about changes in your account balance

Click the one you want to set up
In the If menu, choose the criteria for which notifications should be sent
In the Then menu, select the desired outcome
Once you are satisfied with your automation, press Create automation
