How do I set up automatic notifications in Juni?

Overview

To ensure you have full control over your finances, Juni sends notifications with a status update.

These notifications are automatic, and you can choose which ones you want to turn on or off in Juni based on your needs.

You can also decide if you want to receive notifications via email, within the web-app, or as push notifications in the mobile app


How to configure automatic notifications

Standard notifications

  1. Log in to your Juni account

  2. Click on your Company Name in the top left corner

  3. Click Settings in the menu

  4. Click Notifications

  5. You will see a list of all of notifications you can automate

  6. Click the Arrow next to the notification you want to toggle on or off

  7. Select whether you want the notification to be sent via Email, via the app, or both

Custom Notifications

To add a custom automatic notification:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click + Add notification

  3. Select the relevant template from the menu. You have two types of notifications to choose from:

  • Notifications about specific transactions (you can also filter by initiated or rejected)

  • Notifications about changes in your account balance

How to

  1. Click the one you want to set up

  2. In the If menu, choose the criteria for which notifications should be sent

  3. In the Then menu, select the desired outcome

Once you are satisfied with your automation, press Create automation

Where can I receive my notifications?

You can choose to receive your notifications in three places: via email, within the Juni platform, or as push notifications in the mobile app. You set your preferred location when you configure each standard or custom notification.
