Overview

Juni is a subscription based platform. Every month, you will receive an invoice based on your plan, and Juni will deduct the cost of your subscription from your funds.

How much does Juni cost?

See the pricing plans here → Pricing

How do you view your subscription?

To see the details of your pricing plan:

  • Click on your company name in the upper left corner

  • Go to Settings > Plan & Billing

When does Juni bill?

The billing cycle is monthly. On the first day of each month, we will deduct your subscription fee from the main account in the currency available in your jurisdiction: EUR for the EEA, SEK for Sweden, etc.

If your account does not have enough funds to cover the cost of your plan, Juni will attempt to draw the payment again three days later to give you enough time to top up your account.

How do I change my plan?

For questions on pricing, billing, or changing your current pricing plan, please contact Juni support.

Note: If your account goes over your current plan's limits (for example, by adding more cards, users, or IBANs), the additional charge will be calculated for the exact number of extra days used (pro-rated) and will appear on your next billing cycle.
