As part of our regulatory requirements, Juni confirms the source of your company’s funds.

You have two options to verify your company’s source of funds:

  1. You can integrate your company’s primary bank account(s) to swiftly and efficiently confirm your company’s revenue sources.

    1. Please ensure the integrated account is issued in your company’s name. We verify the account holder's name to ensure the integrated account is in the same name as the company signing up with Juni. We cannot always fetch the account holder's name from the integrated account. In these cases, we ask you to integrate a different account or upload a bank statement as described below.

    2. We require a minimum of 150 transactions in the integrated account to confirm your company’s funding. You can add multiple integrations with different banks that add up to 150 transactions.

    3. If you cannot find your company’s primary bank as an option under Integrate banks, we ask you to integrate a different account or upload a bank statement as described below.

    4. If an integration fails due to a technical error, we ask you to integrate a different account or upload a bank statement as described below.

  2. Alternatively, you can upload a bank statement as a PDF document. The bank statement must be in your company’s name, dated within the last three months, from a recognised banking institution with both incoming and outgoing transactions.
