How to view your chart of accounts in Juni

Overview

After you've integrated Juni with Fortnox, your chart of accounts is automatically imported. You'll find it under the tab Accounting > Dimensions.

How to

  • Log in to your Juni account

  • In the left-hand menu, click on Accounting

  • Select the Dimensions tab

  • Select the Account tab to view your chart of accounts

How do I update my chart of accounts in Juni after I've changed it in Fortnox?

If you've made a change to your chart of accounts in Fortnox, you must re-sync the integration for the change to be reflected in Juni.

To do this:

  1. Go to Integrations in the left-hand menu

  2. Find the Fortnox integration

  3. Click on it and select Sync in the window that appears

  4. Wait for the changes to be reflected in Juni

Why aren't my account codes showing up in Juni when I integrate with Fortnox?

For your account codes to appear in the list in Juni, you must first have created them in Fortnox.

What should I do if my transactions are stuck in the export queue?

If a transaction gets stuck in the export queue, it's often because the voucher series or account codes don't match between Juni and Fortnox. Click on the transaction to see the reason in the right-hand menu. Check that the voucher series is correct and set to manual in Fortnox. Also, make sure the account codes match exactly.
