FX Fee (Account Payments)
When are FX fees for account payments applicable?
Transfer FX fees apply when you move funds between Juni accounts in different currencies (e.g. from your Juni GBP account to your Juni USD account)
FX fees at received payments are applicable when you receive money in a currency different from your account currency
Can I see the fee I will be paying for the transaction?
Yes, before transferring money between Juni accounts, you’ll see an estimated exchange rate, which includes your applicable FX fee based on your pricing plan. Since we use live rates from our banking partner, the rate may vary slightly at the moment of transfer.
Once your transaction is complete, you can view the final fee charged in your Juni account under: Money > Transactions
