How does sending and receiving money with clearing and account numbers work?

Overview

Clearing and account numbers are the standard format for your Swedish Juni accounts. You can view your dedicated local clearing details directly within your dashboard. If you have existing IBAN, they remain active.

How do I send money using clearing- and account numbers?

  1. Log in to Juni and select Pay and then Send Money.

  2. Select your SEK business account as the source and choose SEK as the payment currency.

  3. Under transfer method, choose Account number (Clearing + Account Nr).

  4. Enter the recipient name, clearing number, and account number. Juni validates the format and detects the recipient bank name in real time.

  5. Enter the transfer amount and your payment reference or OCR. Choose to send immediately or select a future date to schedule the transfer.

  6. Review transaction details and complete two-factor authentication (SCA) to confirm the payout.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my new clearing and account number?

Go to Accounts, select your SEK account, and view Account Details. Your assigned clearing number and account number appear directly alongside your IBAN and BIC, with one-click copy options.

Will my existing incoming payments or IBAN stop working?

No. Your IBAN remains active for transfers and supplier payments. If you want to receive payments via the new clearing and account number format, update your account details with your payers.
