Customers using traditional banks export “raw” transactions into their accounting. This adds manual work later, as they have to specify which accounts, project codes, cost centers and VAT rates should be applied.

Pre-accounting all transactions in Juni streamlines this process by using machine learning and auto-allocation to greatly decrease any need for manual input.

This means faster and more accurate accounting for bookkeepers.

Key features

  • Auto-collect and match receipts from Gmail

  • Improved transactions view and export flow, for better and faster bookkeeping

  • Prepare your transactions for export with pre-accounting

  • Custom export format

To pre-account your transactions, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Juni account

  • Click on Bookkeeping

  • Under Prep & Export you will see all your transactions to export

  • If you need to add Accounts, Tax codes, Accounting categories or Departments head to Dimensions on the left menu. Under each tab you will be able to create a new dimension in the top right corner.

  • You will then be able to use these when you do your pre-accounting under Prep & Export

  • Once you are done, you can choose which transactions are ready for export

  • When you want to export, head to the Ready to export tab

  • Bulk choose which transactions to export, and click on Export in the bottom

  • Now you can choose which way you want the export delivered (Download or email) and which export template to use (CSV or SIE)

  • Click on Export transactions
