How to freeze your card
You can temporarily freeze a card at any time from your Juni account.
Go to Money > Cards page and click on your card
On the right side of the screen, click Freeze
How permanently close a card
You can permanently close a Juni card by:
Go to Money > Cards page and click on your card
Click Freeze
Once frozen, you can close the card by clicking Settings > Close Card
Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
How to freeze or close multiple cards
Go to List view from Money > Cards
Select the cards you’d like to perform the actions on
Easily Freeze or Close these cards
