Once a transaction has been initiated in Juni, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. It’s crucial that you carefully review and confirm all details before approving a payment. Our platform is designed to handle financial operations quickly, which means that once a transaction has been sent, we unfortunately cannot intervene to stop it.


Since an initiated transaction cannot be cancelled via your Juni account, we recommend you take immediate action by contacting the recipient to request a refund or reversal of the payment.

The most effective action is to immediately reach out to the party receiving the payment and request that they return the money.

    To avoid similar future events, make sure you verify that all amounts and recipient details are correct before confirming the transaction.
