How do I use the Juni messaging tool?

Overview

Secure messaging directly within Juni

This messaging tool allows you to communicate securely with Juni directly within the platform and mobile app. Instead of sharing sensitive information via email, all correspondence will be handled seamlessly and securely here.

This channel is exclusively for communication between you and Juni, messaging other customers is not supported.


How to use the messaging tool

  1. Click the Message icon in the bottom navigation bar. A notification icon will also appear here when you have new messages

  2. You now see a list of all Messages from a Juni representative and the subject

  3. Click on a specific Subject to open the full message thread

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the conversation to write your reply. You can also add attachments if needed

  5. When a Juni representative replies:
    - A notification will appear on the message icon in the bottom left
    - In the Messages view, a number will indicate exactly how many new messages are in each chat


Important Information

  • Email Notifications
    You will also receive an email for every new message from Juni. For security reasons, you must log in to the web platform to view the actual content

  • Email Notification Recipients
    Notification emails are sent to your registered email, as well as to all owners and admins (even if the message is not directly related to them)
